      William Frey, of Lower Mt. Bethel township, one of the well-known farmers of that section of the cunty, died Wednesday (25 Nov 1896) morning of a complication of diseases, in his 78th year. He is survived by his wife and teh following children: Samuel, John L. and William H., of Lower Mt. Bethel; Joseph M., of Kriedersville; Jacob A., of Newark, N.J., Luther E., of Bangor; Mary Ann wife of Samuel Meyers, Sabra A., wife of Al. Miller, and Martha, wife of Madison Jacoby, of Lower Mt. Bethel; Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Gruver, and Emma, wife of John Lockard, of Washington township; also, by a brother, Jacob Frey, of Phillipsburg, and a sister, Mrs Robert Rockafellow, of Lower Mt. Bethel. The funeral will take place on Saturday from his late residence, in Freytown, Lower Mt. Bethel, at 10 a.m.. serive at Three Churches; interment in the cemetery adjoining.
