      Arnold S. Frey, 47, Main St. Asbury, NJ died early last night at his home.
      Mr. Frey had been a foreman at the Asbury Graphite Mill where he had been employed for the last 21 years.
      He retired in January due to illness.
      Born in Martins Creek, he was a son of Mrs. Hannah Pierson frey of Martins Creek and the late Stewart Frey.
      He was the husband of the former Kathryn Teel.
      He was of the Presbyterian Faith. He was a member of the Asbury Volunteer Fire Co.. order of Fleas of Eason and the Washington Elks.
      Surviving in addition to his widow and mother are four daughters, Mrs. Shirley Richline, Phillipsburg R.D., Miss Doris Frey, Chicago, Ill.,
      and Misses Beverly and Mildred Frey, both at home, three siseters, Mrs. Clara Wildrick, Allentown. Mrs. Edith Thorp, Phillipsburg, and Miss Kathleen Frey, Paterson, NJ and five grandchildren.
      The funeral will be hled at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ford Funeral Home, Washington
